certificates of deposit

A CD is a savings certificate with a $500 minimum balance that pays a competitive interest rate. WPCU offers 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 48 and 60-month CDs. A certificate with a longer term will generally earn a higher interest rate. Early withdrawal penalties apply.

ira cd

A certificate that may allow you to defer paying taxes on the deposits until the funds are withdrawn upon retirement. Certain contributions are tax deductible in the tax year in which they are made. Choose from any of the regular certificate terms and applicable rates.

devoted savers cd

Build savings at certificate rates with a Devoted Savers CD. The Devoted Savers CD only requires a $25 minimum balance. An automatic monthly transfer of at least $10 to the CD must be set up at the time the CD is opened. Choose from any of the regular certificate terms and applicable rates

flex cd

The Flex CD gives the flexibility of a savings account, with the rates of a CD. It requires a minimum balance of $50 and is only available for a 12-month term. The CD must maintain a minimum balance of $50. Deposits can be made at any time. Withdrawals can be made without a penalty only during the first three business days of each calendar quarter (January, April, July and October).
